How we use AI. And where we don’t.
AI makes features easy to copy and content cheap to produce. Your expertise isn’t. We use AI for the production work, and leave the judgment to people who have done this for more than twenty years.
The short answer.
Maxiality is a GTM agency for B2B SaaS that runs on its own AI systems. Our AI content system turns one founder interview a month into LinkedIn posts, articles for search and AI answers, video clips, a YouTube video and ads. OutreachFlow, our own SaaS, scores which accounts are warming up and pushes them into your CRM. Everything is measured on pipeline, and people make the calls.
Why AI makes the founder more important, not less.
AI has made features easy to copy. A competitor can rebuild what took you a year in a few sprints, so the product alone rarely wins the deal anymore.
What they can’t rebuild is how you think about the problem you solve. That’s also why AI content written from a blank page fails: it is assembled from what is already out there, so it reads like everything else in the feed. The more AI copy fills that feed, the more a founder’s real experience stands out.
So we use AI where it multiplies your expertise, and keep it away from the places where it would replace it.
Three systems we built ourselves.
Content from one interview, signals from your market and visibility in search. Each runs on AI, and people decide what goes out.
One hour of your time feeds a month of go-to-market.
A recorded interview each month is the raw material for everything else, from posts and articles to ads and outreach.
- 01
The interview
An hour a month on Riverside.fm, run with a journalistic method built over years of interviewing C-level executives. It pulls out the opinions you normally only share in sales calls.
- 02
Your company’s brain
Everything we know about your company, from ICP and voice to positioning, competitors, sales calls and past content. The system reads all of it before it writes a word.
- 03
The system
Our own production system on Claude Code writes the drafts. Its methods come from twenty years of B2B work, our own research on 100+ SaaS founders and what actually performed for our clients.
- 04
The edit
We pick the angles, Esther edits every draft and you approve each piece. The video clips we cut by hand in Descript.
Measured on pipeline, not on posts.
Each month the interview feeds what moves your pipeline, from LinkedIn posts and articles to video clips, ads and outreach messages. We report on accounts warming up, meetings and influenced deals in your CRM.
The best posts become LinkedIn Ads.
What performed goes back into the brain and steers next month’s interview.

OutreachFlow: which accounts are warming up.
OutreachFlow is our own SaaS. It picks up who engages with your LinkedIn content and which companies visit your website, enriches those signals with ICP data and scores them. A like from a student doesn’t count the same as three visits from a target account.
Qualified signals go straight into your CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho. Because OutreachFlow also connects touches to won and lost deals, we can show what marketing did for pipeline.
Found in Google and in AI answers.
More and more buyers shortlist vendors by asking ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini. We make sure your expertise is what those answers are built on.
- Articles built for search and AI answers
- The articles from each interview are written to rank in Google and to be quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, with your expertise as the source.
- AI search tracking
- Our own tracking shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini mention your brand when your buyers ask about your category, and how that changes month to month.
- SEO and GEO analysis
- AI flags rankings that slip, internal links worth adding and pages that AI search engines should be citing. We decide what to fix first.
And the rest of the engine. The same brain and the same signals feed LinkedIn Ads, webinars, gifting campaigns and signal-based outreach, all measured on pipeline in your CRM.

AI can produce. It can’t tell which sentence in an hour of interview is worth a month of content.

- The interview method
- Built over years of interviewing C-level executives. The best material comes from the follow-up question nobody scripted.
- Pattern recognition
- After 40+ SaaS companies, you recognize the line in an interview that will land with buyers, often before the founder does.
- Our own research
- We studied 100+ SaaS founders on LinkedIn. The top five post 15 times a month against two for the average founder, and 42.4% of their posts are thought leadership against 8.1%. Read the research
What we don’t do: write your content from a blank page, publish anything without your approval, or sell you an AI tool and leave you to run it.
What it led to for our clients.
“Within the first 10 days I already had two demos coming from the LinkedIn video posts you created!”
Robert VerkadeChief Revenue Officer, StoryChief“We started outbound calls from the intent signals from your marketing campaigns and we are already scheduling 3 out of 10 appointments!”

Want to see what the system would make of your expertise? A 15-minute call is the quickest way to find out.
Will my content sound like AI?
No. We don’t ask AI to invent a perspective; it shapes the one you already have, in your own words. The brain holds your voice and vocabulary, and Esther edits every draft before you see it.
Which AI models and tools do you use?
Mainly Claude, through the production system we built on Claude Code, and for some tasks the ChatGPT API. Interviews are recorded on Riverside.fm. We cut the video clips ourselves in Descript, because AI doesn’t pick the right moments well enough yet.
What else do you use AI for?
Market and ICP research in Reddit threads, G2 reviews and YouTube comments, competitor monitoring, ad variants and the monthly reporting. Our free GTM Signal Audit also uses AI to benchmark a founder’s website and LinkedIn against top SaaS founders.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. What you share with us, from interviews to sales call transcripts and CRM data, is used to produce your content and never to train AI models.
Is Maxiality an AI-native agency?
In how we work, yes: we run on our own AI systems, from the content system to OutreachFlow. But we don’t sell AI. We’re a GTM agency for B2B SaaS, and the result we’re measured on is pipeline, not how much AI we use.
Ready to turn your expertise into predictable pipeline?
We work with a limited number of B2B SaaS companies at a time, so we can stay hands-on. In 15 minutes you walk away with your biggest GTM bottleneck and how to fix it.
“Surprisingly accurate. The gap analysis of my content was spot on.”
